• Providing better assistance to the Management in order to discharge their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

Functions

• Reviewing systems, controls, and procedures currently in force, identifying their weaknesses and shortcomings, and also recommending improvements.
• Checking the financial and operational functions and reporting to the Management.
• Undertaking special investigations whenever called for.
• Introducing internal control measures and check systems.
